摘要
采用中国浮法工艺的生产线目前普遍缺少工艺操作软件的指导,为了实现有科学依据的浮法工艺操控技术指导日常生产,该项工作从采集浮法玻璃端面条纹的原理出发,结合数值模拟方法,对玻璃端面条纹形成的机理进行了验证性研究。结果表明,从熔窑流出的玻璃液分为3层,分别对应于熔窑内的3个环流,与玻璃的端面条纹图像结果相吻合。据此,可以通过端面条纹图像特征,直接反推到熔窑中的存在故障的具体部位,并可以对熔化工艺过程进行早期判断、准确微调,使生产无大的波动,实现对浮法玻璃熔化过程的调控,保证生产的稳定。
Most float glass production lines employing the Chinese float technique in China nowadays are lack of the guidances of process operating software.In order to provide a scientific basis for the float process technology to guarantee the normal operation of the production,a new side stripe analysis equipment was developed and tested.In addition,the numerical simulation was used to systematically investigated the side stripe image to clarify the generation causes of the stripes.Results show that the glass flow from the furnace can be divided into three layers corresponding to the three flowing cycle models of the fluids.Moreover,the comparisons between the simulation and observed side stripe results display a remarkable consistency.Therefore,based on the analysis of the characters revealed in the side stripe images,the specific location of the origination for the problems can be directly ascertained through backstepping method.As a result,we can adjuste and optimize the production process timely(earlier than other detection technique),exactly and conveniently,to ensure the product quality and stability,so as to provide technical guidances for the float glass technics.
