摘要
以系统思想为出发点,运用系统动力学方法对城市住宅市场需求影响因素进行研究,建立了嘉善县住房需求的系统动力学模型,致力于寻求这个系统中各类因素的互相影响和互相制约的动态关系,将主要关系尽可能做定量描述。在建立模型基础上,用计算机仿真模拟得出政策决策者关心的趋势性结论。
Based on the theory of system dynamics,the inter-relationships of factors influencing the housing demand were analyzed. This paper aims to identify the dynamic relationship among major inter-related factors in the system and describes the interactions quantitatively by using system dynamics model of Jiashan. We can generate the trend concerned by many decision makers by the simulation technique.
