Application of the IMS-GL Series Servo-controller into the Continous Caster for Width-modulation Purpose

介绍伺服控制器的工作原理以及在结晶器调宽中的作用。结果表明:使用伺服控制器能快速调整结晶器宽度、锥度及精确度,提高板坯连铸机的作业率。

Working priciple of the servo-controller as well as functoin of width-modulation of the crysterizer were introduced. The results showed that the servo-controller was able to regulate the width, angle of taper and pricision of the cristerizer repidly, so as to increase the process efficency of the continuous caster.
