摘要
以沙棘粕为原料,制备生物活性肽;以多肽提取率为响应值,通过正交试验,研究最佳的酶解工艺;并探讨酶解液多肽粗提物的抗氧化及酪氨酸酶抑制率。结果表明:沙棘粕酶解制备多肽的最优条件为加酶量3%、液料比15∶1(V∶m)、酶解反应时间1h;5mg/mL粗提物对DPPH清除率为68%,酪氨酸酶抑制率为76%。
Take sea buckthorn meal as raw material,and bioactive polypeptide is prepared.The degree of polypeptide content were used as response values.The optimum extracting condition was determined in process.Finally,anti-oxidation and tyrosinase inhibition rate were been discussed.The results show that the optimum conditions of preparation of bioactive polypeptide are enzyme concentration:3%,water feed ratio 15,time of 1h.Anti-oxidation and tyrosinase inhibition rates of 5mg/ml crude extracts were 68% and 76%.
