Optimization of wet-grinding of soybean meal by response surface analysis

摘要 以豆粕作为原料,利用响应面法探讨球料比、豆粕浆液浓度以及搅拌器转速对豆粕颗粒粒度d(50)的影响,得出豆粕的湿法超微粉碎工艺参数为:球料比4(m/m),豆粕浆液浓度25%,搅拌器转速750r/min,球磨介质Φ10mm氧化锆球,在最佳工艺条件下颗粒d(50)为24.2μm,效果优于气流干法粉碎。 Soybean meal was used as raw material.The effects of ball /material,concentration of soybean solution and rotate speed of stirrer on d(50)of soybean residue were investigated through the response sueface analysis.Parameters of wet-grinding of soybean residue were optimized as follows:ball/material was 4(m/m),concentration of soybean solution was 25%,rotate speed of stirrer was 750 r/min,grinding medium was zirconia.Under the optimum technology,the d(50)of soybean meal was 24.2μm.The result of wet-grinding with ball grinder preceded that of airflow-jet-grinding.
