摘要
以洛龙党参为原料,利用L9(34)正交试验优化超声波辅助提取洛龙党参多糖的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:提取温度90℃、固液比为1∶50(m∶V)、超声功率600W、提取时间50min。在此工艺条件下,洛龙党参多糖的一次提取率为15.9%,多糖含量为28.36%;常规热水提取法一次提取率仅为8.27%,多糖含量18.17%。
To select the optimum extracting technology for polysaccharide from Codonopsis tangshen Oliv.by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method. Several factors were studied as guided by the yield of polysaccharide using single factor experiment.The optimum parameters was obtained by L9 (34)orthogonal test at extracting temperature 90℃,the ratio of material to liquid 1∶50(m∶V),the ultrasonic power 600W,the extracting time 50 min.The yield of polysaccharides is 15.9%in optimum extraction conditions for one extraction cycle.Ultrasonic-assisted extracting craft was su-perior to the craft extracted with hot water.
