摘要
采用柠檬酸络合反应方法制备了尖晶石型LiMn2O4正极材料,并考察了合成条件对合成产物电化学性能的影响。合成产物中的Li/Mn比例及合成温度是影响合成产物电化学性能的关键因素。在最佳合成条件下,即Li/Mn=1/2及温度800℃,制备的LiMn2O4具有完美的尖晶石结构及良好的电化学性能,完全可以用于高比能长寿命的锂离子蓄电池。
A citric acid complex method has been adopted to synthesize LiMn 2O 4 and the influence of synthesis conditions on the elctrochemical properties of the products has also been explored. The Li/Mn ratio of product and synthesis temperature are the key factors affecting the electrochemical characteristics of resultants. The resultant LiMn 2O 4 synthesized under the optimum synthesis conditions has perfect spinel structure and is an excellent cathode material for high energy, long life, rechargeable lithium ion batteries.
