Experimental Study of Stress-strain Characteristics of the Fly Ash Blended with Stabilized Agent JNS-1

摘要 对JNS-1固化粉煤灰进行了单轴和三轴应力应变试验,分析了单轴应力-应变曲线和不固结不排水三轴应力-应变曲线的特点,初步探讨了龄期、固化剂掺量、压实度及围压对曲线形状的影响。单轴应力应变试验结果表明,JNS-1固化粉煤灰后期的强度和变形特性变化较小,随着固化剂掺量和压实度的增加,单轴应力-应变曲线形状变化明显。三轴应力应变试验结果表明,随着固化剂掺量的增加,其破坏应变呈负向增长,而破坏偏应力呈现正向增长的态势,曲线在高围压下呈现硬化型,在较低围压时呈现软化型。 Uniaxial and triaxial tests are performed to study the stress-strain characteristics of the fly ash blended with stabilized agent JNS-1.The stress-strain curves of uniaxial and unconsolidated-undrained triaxial tests are analyzed; and the influence of age,mixture ratio,compaction factor and confining pressures on the shape of curves are discussed.Uniaxial stress-strain test results show that the latter part strength and deformation characteristics of the fly ash blended with stabilized agent JNS-1 change small and with the increase of stabilizer amount and compaction factor,the curve of uniaxial stress-strain changes significantly.Triaxial stress-strain test results show that destruction of strain shows a partial negative growth trend with the increase of stabilizer amount,and stress damage shows a partial positive growth trend with the increase of stabilizer amount.When the curve at high confining pressure it shows hardening type,when at low confining pressure it shows softening type.
