摘要
通过XRD、Raman光谱和电化学实验表明,反应液的pH值、NH3的用量以及不同的添加剂,对氢氧化镍的晶粒大小、结晶性好坏和微结构缺陷等有重要的影响。在实验中确定了反应的最佳工艺,使氢氧化镍的堆积密度>2.1g/cm3,放电比容量>270mAh/g。
It is shown by X ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical tests, that the properties of nickel hydroxide such as the crystallite size,the degree of crystallinity and the structure defects,are strongly effected by the pH value,ratio of NH 3 and NaOH,and special additives.The nickel hydroxide with tap density>2.1g/cm 3 and discharge capacity>270mAh/g is prepared by the most efficient process which was determined by many experiments.
