摘要
讨论了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)电极制作方法演变和改进情况,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了简单的分析。介绍了三种电极的制作方法:纯铂黑双层电极,Pt-C单层电极和Pt/C双层电极。并在不同的氢气和氧气压力和温度条件下进行了测试。从实验得到如下结论:纯铂黑双层电极优于Pt/C双层电极,而Pt/C双层电极又优于Pt-C单层电极。同时用纯铂黑双层电极的电池在298K,H2和O2压力为101.325kPa时,得到较好的电池性能:J=208mA/cm2(U=0.61V),用模拟退火法求得电池参数为U0=0.86V,b=0.0184V,R=1.60Ω·cm2。
The methods and improvement of making electrode are discussed and the merits and shortages of the different methods are compared as well.In this experiment three kinds of electrodes were made,i.e.pure Pt black double layer electrode,Pt/C two layer electrode and Pt/C single layer electrode.The best one is pure Pt black double layer electrode and the voltage of this cell reaches 108mA/cm 2(0.61V),while the pressure of H 2 and O 2 is 101.325kPa and the temperature is 298K.The parameters of this cell are U 0: 0.86 V,b:0.0184V/decade,R:1.60Ω·cm 2.
