摘要 叙述了内燃机车启动用阀控式铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)NM-500的设计、性能测试及在机车上实际运行时表现出的良好启动性能。铁科院试验室检测结果表明,NM-500电池容量合格,常温(25℃)启动电流2100A,终止电压1.0V,放电时间可达40s;低温(-40℃)启动电流1700A,终止电压0.6V,放电时间71s。循环寿命试验表明,经过1000次寿命试验(相当于机车运行80万km),华达NM-500电池容量下降仅7%。现场装车运行试验表明,华达电池在武昌南机务段和长春机务段运行均已超过30万km,经检测,电池容量没有下降,性能良好,其运行寿命已经接近原有的富液电池寿命,预期NM-500电池的寿命是原有富液电池的两倍。 This paper report the design of valve regulated lead acid battery(VRLA)for starting diesel locomotive,performance testing and good starting perfomance when the battery was used in diesel locomotive.The testing results of the China Academy of Railway Science show that the capacity of NM 500 is qualified.When starting at room temperature(25℃),starting current 2100A,terminal voltage 1.0V,the discharge time was 404 seconds,when starting at low temperature(-40℃),starting current 1700A,terminal voltage 0.6V,the discharge time was 71s. Cycling life tests show that after 1000 cycles(be equivalent to 800 000 km of actual running),the capacity of HUADA battery only decreases 7%.The experiment of operating in site on the locomotive shows that the batteries being used in Wuhan and Changchun have run over 300 000 km,the capacity is as high as before,the battery has good performance and the service life is as long as the old flooded battery.We forecast that the expected service life of VRLA battery is twice as long as that of the original flooded battery.
