摘要
研究了阀控铅酸蓄电池加酸量、过充电时间和过充电电流对密封反应效率的影响。分析了阀控铅酸蓄电池的密封反应形成过程。试验表明:(1)加酸量是密封电池容量的控制因素,增加酸量,容量增加;(2)酸量对密封反应的形成非常重要,饱和度大于100%,密封反应效率处于较低阶段;饱和度小于100%,密封反应效率处于较高阶段,一般在94%以上;(3)密封反应有三个阶段,即低密封反应阶段、过渡阶段和密封反应形成阶段;(4)过充电电流增大,密封反应效率减小,但不同饱和度,其变化速度是不同的,饱和度越大,密封反应下降越多。
Research was done on the influence of increasing acid volume,overcharge time and overcharge current on sealed reaction efficiency of sealed reaction VRLA battries.Forming sealed reaction also analyzed.Test results show that:(1)As acid volume is a control factor,capacity can be improved by increasing acid volume.(2)Acid volume is very important for forming sealed reaction.When separator saturation is over 100%,sealed reaction efficiency is low;When it is less than 100%,the sealed reaction efficiency is high,generally over 94%.(3)There are three stages during sealed reaction:low sealed reaction stage,transition stage and sealed reaction formation stage(highly sealed reaction stage).(4)When overcharge current is increased,sealed reaction efficiency will decrease,but the change speed is different at different saturation degrees,that is,the higher the saturation degree is,the faster the sealed reaction efficiency drops.
