摘要 304不锈钢波齿结构是柔性石墨金属波齿复合垫片骨架,其力学性能对垫片压缩-回弹性能有显著的影响,在45MPa轴向压紧应力下,采用弹性有限元法对钢板厚度为2mm,具有3种不同的圆弧半径、波齿距和齿数的波齿进行应力分析,找出304不锈钢材料几何结构与应力应变的关系,为工程实践提供科学指导。 The skeleton of flexible graphite metal corrugated compound gaskets was corrugated structure of 304 stainless steel,its mechanical performance had a remarkable influence on the compression-recovery performance of gaskets.Under an axial compressive stress of 45.0MPa condition,a stress analysis was made of the corrugated structure of 2mm-thickness steel plate with three different circular arc radiuses,corrugated gear distance and corrugated number using elastic finite element method,the relation between the geometry structure and the stress-strain of 304 stainless steel was found out for engineering guidance.
