摘要
根据急冷器的结构特点,建立了急冷器的物理模型和数学模型。采用RNGk-ε湍流模型和VOF多相流模型,并采用SIMPLE算法进行数值模拟。通过对模拟结果的分析,为裂解气急冷系统的最佳工况确定了初始参数。
Physical and mathematical models of quenchers were founded based on their structure characteristics,and a numerical simulation was conducted using RNG k-ε turbulent models,VOF multiphase flow models,and SIMPLE algorithm.The initial parameters were determined for the optimum working condition of the quenching system of pyrolysis gas through an analysis of the simulative result.
