摘要
为研究叶片圆盘泵叶轮无叶区内的流动特征,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型与SIMPLEC算法,对叶片圆盘泵内三维不可压湍流场进行数值模拟,得到速度等值线图和压力等值线图,并对模拟结果进行分析。发现周向流动是叶片圆盘泵叶轮无叶区内的主要流动方式,无叶区内较大部分是低压区,无叶区内除存在轴向流动外还存在径向回流。
In order to study the flow characteristics in the bladeless zone of the impellers of disk pumps with radial straight blades,a numerical simulation was carried out of the three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow field in the disk pumps with radial straight blades using RNG k-ε turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm,the contoured velocity drawing and pressure contour line drawing were obtained,and the simulative result was analyzed.It was found that the major type of flow in the bladeless zone was circumferential flow,most part of the bladeless zone was low pressure zone,there was radial backflow in the bladeless zone besides axial flow.
