摘要 数值模拟了液压胀接过程,研究了换热管与管板接触面上残余接触压力的分布,提出了"防漏残余接触压力"的概念,用以表征接头的紧密性,并以此建立了胀接接头的密封判据。作为初步参数分析,研究了胀接压力、管板厚度、换热管与管板间初始间隙对该防漏残余接触压力的影响,并拟合出防漏残余接触压力计算公式。防漏残余接触压力的提出使得对胀接接头强度和紧密性的要求统一归结为胀接压力大小的确定。 The hydraulic expanding process was numerically simulated,and the distribution of residual contact pressure on the contact surface between tube and tube sheet was studied.A concept of "leakproof residual contact pressure" was proposed to indicate the tightness of hydraulic expanded tube joints,and the sealing criterion of the tube joints was founded.The effects of expansion pressure,thicknesses of tube sheets and the clearance between tubes and tube sheets on leakproof residual contact pressure were studied as initial parameters,and the formula of leakproof residual contact pressure was fitted.The strength and tightness of hydraulic expanded tube joints would be determined with expansion pressures on the concept of leakproof residual contact pressure.
