Discussion on the Planning and Construction of Charging Facilities for Electric Vehicles

围绕电动汽车充电设施的建设需求,介绍了电动汽车的常规与快速充电模式以及地面充电系统优缺点及适用范围,并阐述了政府主导型、充电系统并联企业主导型及社会企业主导型的运营模式,最后详细介绍了充电设备规划及建设方式。

In this paper,the conventional and fast charging modes of electric vehicles were presented.As well,the advantages,disadvantages and application scope of the ground charging system were discussed based on the construction needs of charging facilities for electric vehicles.Three operation modes,i.e.government-led,charging system network-oriented business-led and social corporation-led were illustrated.Finally,the charging facilities planning and construction mode were introduced in detail.
