介绍了新型六氟化硫(SF6)气体处理系统原理,并给出处理系统集控设计的电气和控制方案,相应解释各次处理流程以及处理过程中需要控制的关键点。
The working principle of the new type sulfur hexafluoride gas treatment system was described and the electrical and control scheme of the centralized-control design of the treatment system was given.Correspondingly,every treatment flow and the key points need be controlled in the treatment process were explained.
