电站锅炉竖井内空气动力学特性研究

摘要 由于烟气调温挡板锅炉的尾部竖井区域内部的结构复杂,直接对竖井烟道模拟得到流动特性非常困难。针对该问题,提出了烟气阻力计算和计算流体力学(CFD)相结合的计算方法,即先采用烟风阻力计算得到等阻力特性的简化物理模型,然后应用Fluent软件对简化物理模型进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,该方法可以较好地反映出竖井内部的流动情况,为研究竖井内流动情况以及竖井烟道烟气阻力特性提供了新的思路和有效方法。 As the internal structures of tail funnel region in a flue gas distribution damper boiler is complicated,it is very difficult to obtain the flow characteristics of the tail funnel through the direct simulation.A calculation method was proposed in this paper.It combined the flue gas resistance calculation and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation to study the flows in both sides of shaft.First,a simplified physical model of the resistance characteristics was obtained by the calculation of smoke wind resistance,and then Fluent software was applied to simulate this simplified physical model.The results of the simulation showed that this method could reflect the flow conditions in the shaft,and provided a novel and effective way to study the flow and resistance characteristics of the flue gas in the shaft.
