太阳电池用低折射率纳米晶减反射膜研究 被引量:3

Study on Solar Cells with Low Refractive Nanometer Antireflection Coating

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶提拉法在太阳能电池用的导电玻璃上制备出双层低折射率纳米减反射膜,研究了该反射膜的结构、减反射性能、光学参数以及对电池效率的影响。通过对镀膜前后透过率的对比,发现在可见光波段透过率可以提高6%左右,对于对于单晶硅电池来说,可增加效率1.2%,对于非晶硅电池来说,可增加效率0.5%。发现减反射膜膜层的折射率最低可以达到1.18,明显低于常规材料。 Two-layer low refractive nanometer antireflection coating was prepared in the conductive glass of solar cells with the sol-gel czochralski method.The structure,antireflection performance of optical parameters of the coating and its influence on the cell efficiency were studied.Through the comparison of the transmittance before and after coating,it was found that the transmittance in visible band increased by about 6%,the efficiency of the single crystal silicon cell increased by 1.2%,the efficiency of the amorphous silicon cell increased by.05%,and the lowest refractive index of the antireflection coating could reach to 1.18,which was obviously lower than conventional material.
