摘要
Toll样受体(Toll-like receptor,TLR)是存在于一线防御细胞上的一种识别病原体相关分子模式(pathogen-asso-ciated molecular pattern,PAMP)的受体,在免疫反应中发挥重要作用。自噬是一种进化过程中保留的细胞反应机制,不仅是细胞适应各种代谢压力的生存机制,还被认为参与了天然免疫和获得性免疫过程。本文将TLR与自噬在免疫反应中的研究进展进行综述。
Toll-like receptors are present in the first-line defense cells for recognizing pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs),playing significant roles in immunity response.Autophagy is an evolutionary cell mechanism,which not only assists the cell to adapt to a variety of metabolic stress,but also is involved in innate immunity and acquired immunity process.In this paper,we review the recent progress for interactions between Toll-like receptors and autophagy in immunity.
