新型季盐的合成及室内杀菌效果研究

摘要 以棕榈醇和三聚甲醛为原料,通过半缩醛反应合成了中间体十六烷基氯甲基醚,然后将其与三苯基膦进行季化反应,合成了新型季盐杀菌剂十六烷氧基甲基三苯基氯化。实验确定了优化反应条件,并考察了溶剂极性对季化反应的影响。同时根据国标对比常见的杀菌剂进行了实验室杀菌试验。结果表明:新型季盐杀菌剂作用360 h后仍能保持98%的杀菌率,具有优良的杀菌效果。 Hexadecyl alcohol and trioxymethylene are used as raw materials,and the intermediate hexadecyl chloromethyl ether is synthesized by hemiacetal reaction. Then, hexadecyl methoxy triphenyl phosphonium chloride has been synthesized by quaternary phosphonium reaction with triphenyl phosphine (TPP). The best reaction conditions are determined by experiments. The effect of solvent polarity on the quaternary phosphonium reaction is investigated. In the mean time ,the bactericidal effect is compared with common bactericide according to national standard. Test results indicate that the new quaternary phosphonium salt remains the sterilization rate of 98% in 360 h, having an excellent bactericidal effect.
