摘要
系统地研究了HD-8阳离子交换树脂分离富集Cr(Ⅲ)的最佳条件并确定了最佳吸附pH和洗脱液。研究了微型交换柱对Cr(Ⅲ)的富集倍率和富集限,以及有机物对Cr(Ⅲ)回收的影响。采用该分离富集方法及分光光度法测定了抚州西湖水和抚州自来水中Cr(Ⅲ)的含量,水样中Cr(Ⅲ)的加标回收率为99.5%~101%。
The optimum conditions for separating and collecting Cr(Ⅲ) with HD-8 cation exchange resin have been studied systematically, and the selection of adsorption pH and eluant are discussed. The effect of the miniature ex change posts on the enrichment times and enrichment limit of Cr( Ⅲ) and the effect of organisms on the recovery rate of Cr( Ⅲ) are investigated. The Cr( Ⅲ ) content in the water from the West Lake and the tap water in Fuzhou is determined by spectrophotometry. The recovery rate of standard addition of Cr(Ⅲ) from water samples is between 99.5% -101%.
