区域经济政策研究中的若干基本理论问题

Some fundamental theoretical issues in Regional Economic Policy Research

本文着眼于构建区域经济政策分析体系,针对目前国内学术界在基本理论认识上存在的分歧,依次分析了:不同经济体制下区域政策产生的动因;不同经济体制下区域政策覆盖范围和主要功能的差异;不同经济体制下区域政策多元目标的异同;不同经济体制下区域政策存在形式的差异。最后,本文对几个重要分析概念的理解和使用问题做了讨论。

This article focuses on building a complete system of regional economic policy analysis, aiming at differences understanding of domestic academic in the basic theory, followed by analysis ： moti- vation of regional policy under different economic systems; differences coverage and function of regional policy under different economic system; similarities and differences objectives of regional policy under different economic system; different exist forms of regional policy under different economic systems. Fi- nally, several important issues to understand and use concepts were discussed.
