产业价值链视角下的上海洋山保税港区物流产业发展研究

Survey on the Development of Logistics in Yangshan Bonded Port Zone by the Value Chain Theory

洋山保税港区物流产业能否蓬勃、高效发展对于强化洋山港的国际中转功能、上海争夺东北亚枢纽港、推进国际航运中心建设以及进一步促进长三角一体化发展都具有举足轻重的重要意义。借鉴产业价值链理论,本文对适合洋山保税港区发展的物流产业业务模式进行了分析,指出洋山保税港区目前应着力开展跨国采购、国际集拼、国际配送、保税加工等增值业务。针对目前洋山保税港区物流产业发展中存在的物流项目单一、业务模式简单、物流增值环节少等问题,本文提出了完善保税港区物流产业发展环境的有关政策和措施建议。

Whether Yangshan logistic industry in Yangshan Bonded Port Zone can effectively devel- opment is of significant importance to strengthen intemational transfer function of Yangshan port, to Shanghai compete for Northeast Asia hub port, to enhance international shipment center construction and further promotion integration development of Yangtze River Delta Region.
