永磁式电磁驱动装置原理及经济效益分析

摘要 永磁式电磁驱动是在原有电磁铁结构上加设了永久磁铁,利用永久磁铁的磁性,将软铁芯吸附在永久磁铁的一个磁极上,当向线圈中输入反向电流时,衔铁运动被吸附在另一磁极上,工作时不需要维持电流。该构思完全打破了传统电磁铁驱动的观念,除彻底解决了传统电磁铁线圈发热等众多缺陷之外,更为瞩目的是显著的节电、环保效果,据不完全统计全国每年可节约几百亿度电。 Permanent magnet electromagnetic driver is designed on the basis of original electromagnet structure which is added permanent magnet.It uses the magnetism of permanent magnet to absorbing the soft iron core onto one magnetic pole of permanent magnet.When reverse current is input into coils,armature movement is absorbed on the other magnetic pole so that the current is unnecessary to be maintained during working.This conception has completely broken the concept of traditional electromagnetic driver for it thoroughly solves many defects like heating of traditional electromagnet coil.Furthermore,what is more outstanding is the prominent effect on power saving and environmental protection.With incomplete statistics,tens of billions kilowatt power could be saved annually.
