摘要
为了解决甘蓝遇低温先期抽薹的难题,本试验采用37℃高温进行春化逆转,以低温春化的植株作为对照,探讨甘蓝体内蛋白酶活性与春化逆转的关系。甘蓝早熟品种"8398"和中熟品种"京丰"经春化逆转,可溶性蛋白含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性比正常春化的植株分别下降了13.1和6.6mg/g,26.5和45.9μg/(g·h),19.8和17.1μg/(g·min),11.6和9.6U/(g·min)。试验发现,早熟品种"8398"其体内可溶性蛋白含量、POD、CAT活性的降低幅度均比中熟品种"京丰"更大些;而中熟品种"京丰"体内NR活性比早熟品种"8398"活性强。结果表明,低水平的可溶性蛋白含量、POD、CAT、NR活性有利于春化逆转的完成。
In order to solve the problem of cabbage early-bolting under low temperature,the relations between changes of protease in cabbage with the devernalization was investigated.Temperature at 37℃ was used for devernalization as a treatment,whereas low temperature vernalization of plants as a control.The content of soluble protein and the activity of NR,POD,CAT reduced by 13.1 and 6.6mg/g,26.5 and 45.9μg/(g·h),19.8 and 17.1μg/(g·min),11.6 and 9.6U/(g·min) for the early maturing variety of cabbage '8398',and for the mid-variety of Cabbage 'Jingfeng'.The study found that the decline of the content of soluble protein,and the activity of POD,CAT in '8398' was higher than that in 'Jingfeng';but the activity of NR in 'Jing feng' was higher than that in '8398',the results showed that soluble protein contents,POD,CAT and NR activity at lower levels was benefit to devernalization.
