摘要
对含碳0.44 wt%和含硼2.95 wt%的Fe-C-B合金分别进行了正火、水淬、水淬+回火、退火处理。借助光学显微镜、XRD、冲击韧性和硬度测试,研究热处理对Fe-C-B合金性能的影响规律。结果表明,热处理改变了合金中基体和共晶硼化物分布形态,Fe-C-B合金的硬度在44.3~62.4 HRC变化,而韧性提高到6.0~9.8 J.cm-1,其中1 000℃淬火处理的综合力学性能最好。
Influence of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-C-B alloy containing 0.44 wt% C and 2.95 wt% B was investigated by means of optical microscope,XRD,impact and hardness tests.The results show that changes of matrix microstructure and morphology of eutectic boride in the alloy after different heat treatment is observed,hardness and toughness of the heat-treated alloy are in the range of 44.3-62.4 HRC and 6.0-9.8 J.cm-1,respectively.The good mechanical properties with high hardness and high toughness are obtained for the alloy after quenching at 1000 ℃.
