社会保障对收入差距调节的困境及对策

The dilemma for using social security program to readjust income disparity and countermeasures

我国在经济社会转型过程中,收入差距不断扩大。强化社会保障对收入差距的调节,具有重要的现实意义。本文首先指出了我国收入差距不断扩大的表现,然后分析了我国社会保障调节收入差距的困境。最后在借鉴英美社会保障调节收入差距经验的基础上,提出了完善我国社会保障调节收入差距的对策。

In the process of China＇s socio-economic restructuring, the gap of income disparity has been constantly widening. This article analyzed the income disparity situation in China, and dilemma for using the social security program to readjust income disparity. And, based on the US and British experiences at narrowing income disparity through the social security system, the article proposed some countermeasures to enhance the income readjustment function of the social security system of China.
