摘要
分析了离心式空压机防喘振控制过程中诸多参数之间的相互关系,建立了空压机防喘振受控自回归积分滑动平均系统模型,提出了基于串级控制的广义预测控制方法,并应用于某化工厂深冷空气分离空压机调节系统.结果表明,该控制方法可抑制不确定干扰和非线性因素对系统的不良影响,能有效防止喘振现象的发生.
The coupling correlations among many parameters during the anti-surge controlling progress of centrifugal air compressor are analyzed,the model of controlled autoregressive integrated moving average (CARIMA) is established,the generalized predictive control strategy based on the cascade control was proposed and had been applied successfully to the governing system of air compressor for separating copious cooling air in a factory.The result indicated that this optimized control law can efficiently eliminate the negative influence on control system of air compressor by the uncertain perturbations and nonlinearity factors,preventing the surge.
