猪毛蒿精油对玉米象体内4种解毒酶活力的抑制 被引量:8

摘要 植物精油是一种最具潜力的储粮防护剂,对储粮害虫具有多种生物活性并能影响害虫体内酶活力的变化.采用5种质量分数的猪毛蒿精油(1%,5%,10%,15%,20%)分别处理玉米象2,4,8,12,24h后,测试了玉米象体内4种解毒酶活力的变化情况.结果表明,经猪毛蒿精油触杀后,玉米象体内4种解毒酶的活力发生了变化.酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)和α-乙酸萘酯酶(α-NACarE)活力受到抑制.在低质量分数处理条件下(第Ⅱ至第Ⅳ处理组),谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶被诱导,活性升高;在高质量分数时(第Ⅴ、第Ⅵ处理组),酶的活性受到抑制.本研究的结果为阐明猪毛蒿精油的杀虫机理提供了参考. Plant essential oil which is proposed as one of the most potential stored grains protectant and repellents has better bioactivity against insects and effect enzymes in their body.The activities of detoxification enzymes in Sitophihus zeamais(Motschulsky) which were treated with five concentrations gradients (1%,5%,10%,15%and 20%) of essential oil extracted from Artemisia scoparia Waldst.et Kitag.were measured at 2,4,8,12 and 24 h.The results showed the activities of phosphatase and carboxylesterase were inhibited.At the lower concentration (from Ⅱ to Ⅳ treatment group),the activity of glutathione-S-transferase was induced to increase;at the higher concentration(from Ⅴ to Ⅵ treatment group),the activity of glutathione-S-transferase was inhibited.This study would help to elucidate the insecticidal mechanisms of essential oil.
