摘要
为妥善处治陶瓷压滤泥废料,进行了陶瓷压滤泥在二灰碎石道路基层中的应用研究。与上海地区常用的二灰碎石(俗称"粗粒径三渣")基层相比,该基层具有较高的强度、良好的早强特性、较低的干缩性能等。试点工程应用及跟踪检测表明陶瓷压滤泥可用于石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石基层,并展现出良好路用性能。将陶瓷生产过程中产生的废料压滤泥用于半刚性基层,在妥善处治环保废料的同时,还可节约石灰、粉煤灰材料用量,具有良好的社会经济效益。
In order perfectly to treat the waste ceramic pressing filtered mud,the application of ceramic pressing filtered mud in the flyash lime aggregate roadbed is studied.Compared with the flyash lime aggregate(commonly named 'coarse grain three-dreg') roadbed commonly used in Shanghai,this roadbed has the performances of higher strength,good early-strong characteristic and lower dry shrinkage.The test engineering application and the tracking inspection make clear that the ceramic pressing filter mud can be used in the lime flyash stabilized aggregate base and exhibit the good road performance.The waste pressing filtered mud produced in the production of ceramics is used in the semi-rigidity base.It can save the quantity of lime and flyash materials at the same time to perfectly treat the wastes of environmental protection,which has the good social and economical benefits.
