摘要
以巯基乙酸为稳定剂制备的CdTe量子点在与铜(Ⅱ)混合后会发生荧光淬灭现象,其荧光强度的衰减程度与铜(Ⅱ)浓度成正比。根据这一原理,采用荧光分光光度法,利用量子点的荧光淬灭性质进行铜(Ⅱ)的检测。当CdTe量子点的浓度1.25×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)时,铜(Ⅱ)的线性范围为32.0~320.0μg·L^(-1),检出限(3s/k)为1.06μg·L^(-1)。方法应用于植物样品中铜(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率在99.5%~100.2%。
The CdTe quantum dots(QD's) was prepared with mercaptoethanol as stabilizing agent,and fluorescence quenching effect of CdTe QD's was observed when mixed with solution containing Cu(Ⅱ) ion.The magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity was found to keep direct proportionality with the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) ion present.Based on this fact,a fluorospectrophotometric method for determination of Cu(Ⅱ) ion utilizing the fluorescence quenching effect of CdTe QD's was proposed.By taking concentration of CdTe QD's at 1.25×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1),linearity range of Cu(Ⅱ) found was between 32.0-320.0μg·L^(-1) with detection limit(3s/k) of 1.06μg·L^(-1).The proposed method was used in the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in plant samples,giving values of recovery in the range of 99.5%-100.2%.
