摘要
目的:探讨农村特岗教师人际关系与自尊之间的关系。方法:采用自尊量表问卷和人际关系综合诊断对103名农村特岗教师、107名非特岗教师进行调查。结果:(1)农村特岗教师自尊显著低于对照组(20.79±5.16<29.10±5.94),人际关系困扰显著高于对照组(8.82±4.74>7.07±3.64);(2)农村特岗教师在人际关系与自尊之间存在显著相关(r=3.94**);(3)自尊、婚否、年龄在一定程度上影响着人际关系困扰的变化。结论:自尊、婚否、年龄对农村特岗教师的人际交往困扰能够预测,可通过提高农村特岗教师的自尊及婚姻问题,来对群体的人际关系困扰进行积极干预。
The research investigated cial-post teachers and 107 nonspecial 103 rural spepost teachers to explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship and serf-esteem about rural special-post teachers by using the serf-esteem questionnaire and interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis questionnaire. The results showed: (1) The score of serf-esteem about rural special-post teachers was lower than that in con- trol group (20.79 ±5.16 〈29.10 ±5.94) and the score of interpersonal disturbance was higher than that in control group (8.82± 4.74 〉 7.07 ± 3.64) (2) there existed significant correlation between interper- sonal relationship and serf-esteem (r=3.94**) ; (3) At certain extent ,serf-esteem, marital status and age influenced interpersonal disturbance. At last, the research drew Conclusions: serf-esteem, marital status and age can predict interpersonal disturbance of rural special-post teachers, so by improving the self-esteem and marital status of rural special-post teachers we can positively intervene in interpersonal relationship of group.
