摘要
目的:编制教师情感能力问卷,了解教师职业生涯中对情感的驾驭能力。方法:在优秀教师访谈、文献研究及调查的基础上编制题目,并进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析加以验证。结果:教师情感能力包括教师情感理解能力、教师情感沟通能力、教师情感管理能力、教师情感创造能力4个维度共8个因子。结论:该量表符合心理测量学的要求,自编的教师情感能力问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
Objective: Based on the concept and construct of affective competence proposed in this paper, the Scale for affective competence in primary and secondary school teachers was developed. Methods: affeetive competence was explored by literature study, interview, questionnaire survey; exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. Results: teacher' s affective competence was four-dimension structure comprised of affective comprehension, affective communication, affeetive management and affective creativity. Conclusion: The prepared questionnaire of teacher' s affecfive competence which has a high reliability and validity.
