摘要
为探讨中小学教师职业心理素质的现状与特点,采用问卷法对454名中小学教师进行调查。结果表明,中小学教师的职业承诺、教学效能总体水平较高,职业倦怠总体程度偏低。中小学教师的职业承诺、教学效能、职业倦怠存在显著的学校、性别和教龄差异。
In order to explore the status and characteristics of teachers' professional psychological quality, the scales were used to measure 454 teachers in primary and middle schools. The results showed that: The total level of occupational commitment and teaching efllcacy of teachers in primary and middle schools were higher, and the total level of job burnout was lower; There were significant differences between different schools, genders and teaching ages in occupational commitment, teaching efficacy, job burnout of teachers in primary and middle schools. The educational administration department, the school' s leadership and the teachers themselves should take positive measures to enhance the levels of teachers' occupa- tional commitment and teaching efficacy, to decrease the level of job burnout, in order to promote constantly the professional psychological quality of teachers in primary and middle schools.
