摈弃传统思路探索高职心理健康教育的新方向

Abandon the Traditional Methods and Explor the New Directions of Mental Health Education in Senior Secondary Vocational Schools

与普通大中专类学生一样,高等职业教育类学生的心理状况也是不容乐观的。文章在剖析高职学生不良心理健康状况的类型及原因的基础上,指出造成当前高职心理健康教育的弊端,认为应探索适合新时期的高职心理健康教育模式,以期促进高职心理健康教育事业的良心循环发展,并认为团体心理咨询以及积极心理学的相关内容是一个良好的尝试方式。

As the common university and secondary specialized school students, the mental situation of senior secondary vocational school students＇ mental health situation is unpromising. Based on analyzing the types and reasons of the unhealthy mental condition of senior secondary vocational school students, this paper points the abuse which caused the present situation. For the sack of sound progress of the mental situation cause in senior secondary vocational schools, the mental education moods should agreed with the new situations and the relative knowledge of group counseling and psychotherapy and positive psychology is a good attempt.
