改良家庭式森田疗法治疗强迫症的个案分析

Obsessive-compulsive Disorder Cases improved Hospital type Morita Therapy Efficacy Analysis

目的探讨改良家庭式森田疗法对强迫症的治疗效果。方法采用改良式森田疗法治疗强迫症,治疗前后分别用焦虑自评量表SAS、抑郁自评量表SDS、症状自评量表SCL-90测量,并进行量化比较。结果经过5周的心理治疗SDS、SAS分数显著降低,SCL-90总分降至常模以下。结论求助者的强迫症状基本消除,改良森田疗法对治疗强迫症有显著疗效。

In order to investigate the improved Hospital type Morita Therapy for OCD treatment effect, Morita therapy for OCD is adopted. Before and before treatment, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS）,SCL （SCL-90） measurement was done respectively. The result was compared, the results indicate： After 5-weaks treatments, SDS, SAS scores got significantly lower, SCL-90 total scores fell below the normal, and the phobia symptoms of supplicants eliminated. It proves, improved Hospital type Morita Therapy for OCD effective.
