Influenced by many aspects such as family life, school life, social life and army life, nowadays our young soldiers＇ adversity quotient is being weakened, which will hinders our army from winning the future war. This article mainly focuses on the definition, function and means of active pain so as to enhance the growth of young soldiers and make our army more combat-effective.
