摘要
学科文化是指在特定时期内学科本身所具有的价值观念、知识体系及典成员特有的精神风貌和相应行为的总和.学科文化在创新人才培养中具有塑造创新人格、培养创新思维、提升创新技能和营造创新环境功能,基于创新人才培养的学科文化建设要注重学科精神文化的提炼与创新,遴选学科带头人,凝聚学科力量,以激励创新为目的,逐步完善学科制度建设,做好学科物质文化的规划与建设.
Discipline culture refers to the combination of the concept of values, knowledge hierarchies embedded in the discipline, and the spirits and behaviors of itself in a given period. Discipline culture performs the functions of shaping creative personality, fostering creative thinking , promoting creative proficiency and constructing creative environment in the process of cultivating creative talents. The construction of discipline culture for creative talents training should emphasize on the extraction and innovation of discipline spirit. We would better to select the leaders in their chosen field of learning and condense discipline strength. With the-target of stimulating innovation, the discipline culture will pay more attention to the programming of material culture for completeing gradually construction of system of disciplines.
