北京市朝阳区卫生监督执法现状及对策研究

Study on the current situation of the health law enforcement in Chaoyang district,Beijing and countermeasures

目的通过了解北京市朝阳区卫生局卫生监督所卫生监督员执法现状,找出其现存的主要问题,分析探讨规范卫生行政执法行为的办法和途径。方法以问卷调查形式,发放并回收444份A问卷和115份B问卷。结论强化服务理念、增强法律意识、合理配置人员、加强业务培训能进一步规范卫生监督行政执法行为。

Objective To understand the status of administrative law enforcement in Chaoyang Health Inspection Authority, identify the main problems at present, and analyze the ways of regulating of health administrative law enforcement. Methods A distribution and recovery of 444 copies of ＂A＂ questionnaires and 115 ＂B＂ questionnaires were conducted. Conclusion Enhancing service and legal awareness, rational allocation of staff, strengthening of business training can further standardize health supervision administrative law enforcement.
