浅谈食品添加剂与食品安全

食品添加剂是一个敏感并且备受消费者关注的话题,对此话题的探讨有利于增强人们对食品添加剂的正确了解,进一步促进与此相关的食品安全。作者分别从现在及将来两个时间范畴对该话题的正、反两方面进行阐述、剖析,得出结论:将来以"天然、营养、多功能"为发展主流的食品添加剂在科学、规范及合理使用基础上可以认为对食品安全有促进作用,而目前存在的超范围,超量使用或非法添加非食用物质等行为并不完全是食品添加剂本身的问题。

Objective The topic on food additives becomes a focus of all society. Discussion of this topic not only enhances the people ＂s proper understanding of food additives but also further promotes relevant food safety. The positive and negative respones of the topic were analyzed based on two time categories respectively, the present and the future. The final conclusion is that in the future food additives will be developed and dominated as natural substances of nutrition and multi-functions based on scientific, standardized and reasonable usage. For the present, some non- edible substances are still utilized and many food additives are added excessively or out of range.
