摘要 临床T1aN0M0（cIa）期肺癌是指肿瘤最大径≤2cm,且周围为肺组织或脏层胸膜包绕,气管镜下未见病变侵及叶支气管。按照美国国家癌症综合网络（National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN）和美国胸科医师协会（American College of Chest Physicians,ACCP）的肺癌治疗指南：I期肺癌适合手术者应该进行解剖学肺叶切除加纵隔淋巴结清扫或采样，
