安徽省甲型H1N1流感病毒感染状况调查

Survey Of Influenza A/H1N1 Virus-infected Status In Anhui Province

目的了解安徽省甲型H1N1流感病毒感染状况,为制定我省甲型H1N1流感防治策略提供依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心设计的"全国部分省份甲型H1N1流感病毒感染状况调查个案登记表",在淮北地区、江淮之间和江南地区11个市抽样调查。结果甲型H1N1流感病毒感染率29.41%,略高于同期全国人群甲型H1N1流感病毒感染率(23.00%)平均水平。结论安徽省甲型H1N1流感病毒感染率较低,人群免疫屏障尚未建立,接种甲流疫苗仍有必要。

Objective To study the status of influenza A/H1 N1 virus infection in Anhui province, and provide evidence for formulating our strategies of prevention and control. Methods By using case registration form which designed by China Centre for Disease Control and Prevention for some provinces to investigate the status of influenza A/H1N1 virus infection, a sampling survey was conducted in 11 cities of Huaibei region, Jianghuai region and Jiangnan region in Anhui. Results The infection rate of A/H1 N1 influenza was 29.41% , was slightly higher than that of the national average level （23.00%） in the same period. Conclusion In Anhui province, the infection rate of influenza A/H1 N1 virus is lower , the immunological barrier among people has not yet established, so it is still necessary to take the inoculation of influenza A/H1N1 vaccine.
