摘要
目的了解南通市港闸区居民健康素养现况,探索社区健康素养促进工作方法。方法以健康知识讲座、广场活动、发放健康知识宣传品等方式,对南通市港闸区15~69岁的社区常住居民进行6个月左右的健康教育工作,并在干预前后对社区居民健康素养的知识与技能进行评估。结果干预后居民的健康素养基本知识和理念知晓率提高了6.91%;生活方式与行为正确率提高了1.73%;健康技能正确率提高了18.23%。结论居民关注度高的健康问题知晓率高。实用简便的健康技能的干预效果好于日常生活方式的行为干预。
Objective To understand the status of residents' health literacy, and explore the ways to promote community health literacy. Methods Through health knowledge forums, square activities and the distribution of propagandistic products relating to health knowledge, health promotion were conducted for six months among permanent residents aged between 15 -69 in all communities in Gangzha. And residents'knowledge and skills relating to health literacy were evaluated before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the awareness rate of residents'knowledge and ideas about health literacy increased by 6.91% , the accurate rate of life style and behaviours increased by 1.73% , and the accurate rate of health skills increased by 18.23%. Conclusion The more the concerns, the higher the answer rate of residents'knowl- edge. The interventional effect of some practical health skills are better than the intervention of daily life - style and behaviours.
