分析了大型镁合金复杂薄壁构件的结构特点和容易出现的铸造缺陷,以及这些缺陷的产生原因和防止措施。以环形铸镁合金结构件为例简述了航天器大型镁合金结构件的铸造过程,展望了大型镁合金铸造结构件在航天器中的应用前景。

In this paper,structure characteristics and casting defects of large scale complicated and thin-wall Mg alloy structure casting are reviewed.By analyzing the causes of casting defects,prevention measures are put forward.It introduces an example of an annular casting to describe casting process of large scale Mg alloy structure casting.Application prospects of large scale Mg alloy structure casting in spacecraft are forecasted.
