摘要
通过对机床的要求、高速切削刀具、计算机辅助编程(CAM)技术的应用及高速切削加工工艺应用的介绍,用具体实例阐述了高速切削技术在机械加工领域的应用。重点介绍了高速切削加工中的风冷干切技术,高转速、大进给、小切深,平稳切削工艺方案等应用技术。
This thesis introduces the machine requirements,high-speed cutting tools,Computer Aid Make(CAM) and high-speed cutting technics.With the use of a practical example,it expatiates the application of high-speed cutting technology in the machining field.The thesis focuses on wind cooling dry cutting,high rotation speed,deep cutting feed,small cut depth and smooth cutting technics.
