糖醇的功能和工业用途开发前景

The function and the developing prospect in industry use of sugar alcohols

糖醇指由植物淀粉、纤维为原料经糖化、氢化制取的营养性甜味剂。由于它不影响血糖值、不增加体重及不龋齿等健康功能,较早为发达国家采用为食糖替代品。也是功能配料中消费量最大的门类。我国的糖醇近十年发展较快,不仅是生产大国也是出口大国。但生产能力大大高于市场需求。因此如何开拓应用新领域,是行业重要的研发课题。本文介绍用糖醇替代石油化工产品,制备若干绿色可降解的合成化学品的途径,(如聚氨酯泡沫材料、表面活性剂、糖苷代甘油、聚氯乙烯增塑剂、醇酸树脂涂料等)。

Sugar alcohols are the nutritional sweeteners which made from plant starch and cellulose by hydrogenation and saccharification.Sugar alcohols donot impact on blood sugar,body weight and do not promote tooth decay,they beeome the sugar substitutes and the important functional ingredients in food industry for many years in the developed countries.Sugar alcohols have been developed rapidly in China in recent 10 years.China is not only a main manufacture country but also a bigger sugar alcohol export country.However the capacity of sugar alcohols is more than the requirement of the market.Therefore,developing new application of sugar alcohols topic in sugar alcohol industry.The application on petroleum and synthetic chemicals substitutes or in the degradation synthetic chemicals are introduced in this article.
