摘要
为建立高效液相色谱法同时检测饮料食品中4种高倍甜味剂的方法,样品经水溶后超声波振荡提取,Inertsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm;5μm)分离,甲醇∶水(43∶57)(v/v)流动相洗脱,流速:1mL/m in;柱温:25℃;蒸发光散射检测器检测器条件:漂移管温度:85℃;气体压力:25psi;雾化器温度:25.2℃。进样量20μL。结果表明:安赛蜜、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖和阿斯巴甜进样量0.1-10mg/mL的范围线性良好,相关系数分别为相关系数均为0.9947、0.9993、0.9998、0.9976。检出限分别为8.8μg/mL、4.0μg/mL、3.2μg/mL、1.4μg/mL:样品平均回收率在98.30%-99.00%之间,RSD%〈1.63%。本方法可同时对三氯蔗糖、甜蜜素、安塞蜜和阿斯巴甜等四种高倍甜味剂的分离与检测,该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,为快速检测食品中的高倍甜味剂提供了技术支持。
A quantitative assay for the determination of high sweetener,such as Acesulfame-K,Molasses,Sucralose and Aspartame in soft drinks was established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).High sweetener was extracted by Ultrasonic extraction.The separation was performed in the Inertsil C18(250mm×4.6mm i.d.5m)column,methanol:water(43 ∶57)(v/v)was used as mobile phase.Evaporative Light Scattering detector conditions were:drift tube temperature:85℃;gas pressure:25psi;atomizer temperature:25.2℃,sample volume 20μL.The result showed that the sweetener(Acesulfame-K,Molasses,Sucralose,Aspartame)had distinct linearity relationship with the concentration in the range of 0.1-10μg,the correlation coefficient was 0.9947-0.9998,the detection limit was 8.8μg/mL,4.0μg/mL,3.2μg/mL,1.4μg/mL respectively,RSD was 1.28%-1.63%.In conclusion,the method was accuracy,sensitive and feasible in the analysis of the residues of Sucralose,Molasses,Acesulfame-K and Aspartame in foods.
