摘要
在役液化石油气球罐定期检验中,用超声波检测其焊缝,发现了一批裂纹缺陷。通过对其中三个典型裂纹缺陷的波形图的分析,验证了用超声端部最大回波法测定缺陷自身高度方法的可行性,同时还提出了如何预防近表面缺陷漏检的方法。
During the periodical testing for in-service liquefied petroleum gas sphere,a lot of cracks were detected out by ultrasonic testing method.Three typical crack defects were chosen to the wave form analysis,and the crack height testing method by ultrasonic max end echo was verified for its possibility,and the method how to prohibit the subsurface defect undetected was proposed.
